Let’s talk creativity and the act of being creative. What do you like to do? Where do you express yourself? When does your muse pounce and say, “Okay, let’s do this?”
I love to create. My favorites are writing & sculpting. Sculpting I can do anywhere with anyone. It’s not the case when I write.
Whatever story I’m working on at the moment is just there, ready to be written IF I’m outside at first light alone. Okay, I will admit, some stories come easier than others and to confound things more, I have bits and pieces from a brand new story jump into my head, but I’m sure alot of you can relate. Not complaining. It’s always a good thing when a shiny new idea comes along. Most times I’m left wondering where did that come from, but not before I write it down. lol. 😉
How about you? Do you have certain criteria when you’re creating?
I used to be able to write inside, but there too, I had to be alone. Weird, right? I kind of envy those of you who can lose yourselves and just write no matter if there’s other people around, the TV, music, etc.
